They are running tests to make sure it’s safe, and there first flight with Starlink is October 15, 2025. there getting starlink installed On there aircraft’s as you read this they are installing 50+ per month. it will be available to there Mileage Plus loyalty program members. Starlink is gonna improve WiFi because it uses low satellites and not the high satellites airliners rely on, so faster WiFi speeds, better coverage over oceans, and a more stable connection. Once united fully sends this out, inflight WiFi will become better and faster. And a stronger connection.
